We are thrilled to introduce TJ Lacey as the Founder and Director of The New Threat Youth Basketball Inc.
With years of experience training youth, college, and professional athletes, TJ is passionate about using the game of basketball as a tool to help young individuals navigate the complexities of life. He is excited about the impact that TNT Basketball will have on the youth in the Quad Cities area, providing them with the skills and values they need to succeed both on and off the court.
TJ comes to the Quad Cities after serving as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Rockford University, transitioning to coaching right after his playing career. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Trinity Christian College and a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from Rockford University, where he captained the men’s basketball team.
Originally from the South Side of Chicago, TJ grew up in Englewood with his mother and three brothers. A natural leader, he faced significant challenges with minimal guidance, which motivated him to make a difference in the Quad Cities community.
In his free time, TJ enjoys spending time with family, skills training, playing basketball, and watching movies. He currently resides in Davenport with his wife, Shamara, and their two young sons.

We are very excited to announce Macy Beiborn as the co-founder and director of TNT Basketball, a program dedicated to nurturing young athletes and inspiring the next generation of players.
In addition to her role at TNT, she works as a real estate agent with Mel Foster Co. in Davenport, lowa, helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.
Raised in the Quad Cities, Macy developed a love for basketball early on. She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 2019 and later earned a degree in Elementary Education from Augustana College, where she played Varsity Basketball for her father, Mark Beinborn, and served as team captain, earning all-conference and academic awards.
With a passion for mentoring children, Macy believes sports can foster personal growth. Over the past five years, she has run her own youth basketball training business, coaching and inspiring young players while promoting confidence, discipline, and a love for the game.
As she steps into her role at TNT Basketball, Macy is eager to expand her impact in the community, providing high-quality training and helping each child unlock their potential both on and off the court.

We are thrilled to announce Tajuan Agee as the Associate Director of TNT Youth Basketball!
Hailing from Chicago, IL, Tajuan has used his challenging upbringing and desire to provide a better life for his siblings as motivation to reach the heights he has achieved in basketball. Currently a professional player in France, Tajuan was recently honored as MVP, showcasing his exceptional talent and dedication to the sport.
Before pursuing his dream of playing professionally, he played at lona University, where he helped lead the team to the NCAA tournament twice. With a degree in Sports Management, Tajuan is passionate about coaching and mentoring young athletes, aiming to help them realize their dreams. In addition to his athletic pursuits, he also owns a successful trucking company in Chicago, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit.
Now that TNT is established, Tajuan plans to spend his offseasons in the Quad Cities to coach teams and train athletes in the program. He is also committed to personally sponsoring some of our underprivileged athletes, providing them with opportunities to be part of the program. Tajuan will leverage his resources and connections to help TNT reach amazing heights in the future.
